For the Country Doctor’s Wife, who requested an eggplant. Eggplant pretty much looks like eggplant, but the surroundings certainly give it a boost. In Paris, toothpaste looks pretty and Kit Kats have nicer wrappers. Go figure.

Strawberries are healthy. Chocolate – despite every effort to pump its nutritional value – is not.
