That is so impressive but not in an impressive way, in that it makes sense. It is impressive to me because I am imagining the work that went into it, but rather than impressive – for a child (young lady), it fits like a glove.

I bet the local Bat Mitzvahs are not as inspiring. Where were you when we made our daughter’s simchas?

What a tribute to your child. Wow!

Oh wait, I was coming by looking for recipes…….

These are such great fotos. And what a cool idea. Josie is a lucky girl, even if she did have to memorize a lot of stuff she’ll never need again (on the other hand, I can still recite the prologue to The Canterbury Tales in olde English which, in front of the right audience amazes and amuses. May it be ever thus for Josie!).

I’ve made this type of multi- tiered “cake” for many baby showers. You start with diapers, round containers of wet wipes, wash cloths, and bottles of lotion, shampoo, powder, etc. In the end, the “cake” is decorated with small baby items such as nail clippers, a brush, etc.

I love decorations that can all be used in the end.
