Mmmmmmm, that looks good.
The past three times (at least) that I have gone to Bo Ling’s, the service has gotten crappier and crappier. I feel like once they started adding to their chain empire, things went downhill. It’s sad, because I really liked Bo Ling’s. And I like Gong Bao Chicken, too. But if I want it, it will be carry-out from now on.
Carol: oh, it is soooo good. I need some right now.
amy h: I haven’t experienced that, but I am staggered at how many restaurants they’ve opened recently. Have you eaten at the Zona Rosa location or the City Market? They’re both gorgeous, and still delicious.
This looks delicious! Wish I could have some for dinner tonight.
Dang, I now have a craving for Gong Bao! Alas there is no Bo Ling anywhere near me
You know, coming over here after I’ve eaten my dinner makes me feel really yucky. Like why did I fix that and then WHY DID I EAT IT?!
Marilyn, we usually eat at the Metcalf location and occasionally on the Plaza. We have more problems with the Metcalf location. I haven’t been to the Zona Rosa or City Market ones. I used to live on the City Market, and it would have been dangerous if there had been a Bo Ling’s there then!
This is one of my all-time favorite chicken dishes! (There. 10 words!)
