I am totally with Caroline on the raw tomatoes! Yet, I grow hundreds of them each season. I grow them with one aim in mind: to freeze them for winter. I like all tomato things cooked and in salsa but raw……no thanks. Fortunately, I have a family who eats them by the handfuls raw and friends and neighbors who tolerate my abundance when the weather cooperates. We’re a huge salad family and we go have hundreds of tiny juliette’s in salads all season.

Thanks Caroline! Loved looking at Yesterdog, and I’ll remember it for Michigan road trips. As for raw tomatoes, to each his own – but I must agree with Jean, I don’t know what I’d do without them! They’re like an entire food group to me.

It’s nice to see this feature on Caroline & Whipped. Not only am I a fan of her blog (it’s the first food blog I ever got hooked on reading), but I’m a fan of Caroline’s and of mini-Whipped too.
