Nella:  here&#039;s a little secret - instead of the more expensive removable-bottom tartlet pans, look for &quot;English Muffin Rings&quot; - they are straight-sided rings with no bottom.  Place them on a parchment-lined sheet pan and line with dough or crumb crust - they make the most adorable shells and they&#039;re cheaper, too.

Lydia:  pie has that effect on my husband, too - I call it the &quot;Amelia Bedelia&quot; effect.

Joanne:  You make that pie!  Then send some over here - we&#039;re all out.
