Poppyseed Chicken - easy fat-full casserole. 

Chicken (breasts or whole cooked and chopped up), 8 oz. sour cream mixed with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, salt &amp; pepper to taste, topped with cracker crumbs mixed with a little melted butter and sprinkled with poppyseeds.  Baked til &quot; bub-blee&quot;.  There is a real recipe out there somewhere but I never use it and sometimes I add stuff depending on the mood.  I will make it and take pics sometime soon. 

And is it ever too early for a Lemon Drop?</description>
