mmmmm the smell of olive oil and onions makes my mouth water….
Oh yes, but the big question is………….what was the next step? What were you making?
Ah! Absurd and delicious, my favorite kind of blog. But tell me Marilyn, what really is the worst thing that can happen if you brown that garlic a wee bit too much. I mean I always have a few morsels that are brown or yes… even blackened and no one ever passes out after they eat the food with the overcooked garlic… or dies… or even complains. Are we just not sophisticated enough to understand?
