		<description>I made the pot roast and polenta for dinner tonight.  I cooked the pot roast in my crockpot for 8 hours, it was falling apart!  Soooooo yummy!  I think I&#039;m going to make corn bread next time and serve the roast over that.  I can&#039;t wait to make it again.  I&#039;ve been searching for a good pot roast recipe, and I&#039;ve tried a few.  This one is by far my favorite!!!!!!!  Thanks for sharing!</description>
