I cooked the pot roast in my crockpot for 8 hours, it was falling apart! Soooooo yummy! I think I'm going to make corn bread next time and serve the roast over that. I can't wait to make it again. I've been searching for a good pot roast recipe, and I've tried a few. This one is by far my favorite!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing! I made the pot roast and polenta for dinner tonight.
